Legal representation

For many years Krans & van Hilten law firm has had an excellent legal representation department headed by Marga Zaal, who has had these cases under her control since the office was founded in 1988. Obligatory legal representation was abolished as of 1 September 2008, but the need for legal representation at the court and the court of appeal in The Hague continues to exist. We will therefore continue to offer this service to you.

The national procedural regulations are not interpreted in the same way in all areas of jurisdiction and all districts. Marga Zaal and Nanette Mulder, who are responsible for legal representation within Krans & van Hilten, have twenty and twenty-five years of experience in legal representation respectively. They know all the ins and outs of the practical execution of legal representation in court and in the court of appeal in The Hague. They also know the employees at the court registry. To know and to be known facilitates the work
