Krans & van Hilten law firm was founded in 1988 by Lineke Bruins and Emma Kostense. At the time they were using their husbands’ surnames and had their practice under those names: Lineke Krans and Emma van Hilten. Given the public profile they had established over the years, the firm name Krans & van Hilten was maintained.

The firm consists of eighteen lawyers. We don’t plan to grow much larger. Our office is large enough to work in a sufficiently specialised way. We work at a high professional level and pay a great deal of attention to knowledge management. At the same time, we are small enough to guarantee personal service. We have sufficient room for personal involvement and attention. Lines are short and the mutual contacts are warm. We see to it that you, as a client, feel at home in our office.
