Way of working

We aim to find genuine solutions with you. During this process we do not restrict ourselves to legal advice, because solutions are never only legal. The practical elaboration of the selected solution and the consequences in the long run may be equally important. At an early stage we advise you as thoroughly as possible. We make an inventory of the opportunities and risks to give you a complete insight into your position, including financial ramifications. On this foundation, we are able to discuss with you and select a strategy that maximises your interests. In case of conflicts we always check whether it is possible to settle amicably out of court, but if necessary, we will not avoid litigation. We consider it a challenge to think of creative solutions for your unique problems. You are the one to decide which risks you are willing to take and how far you intend to go before settling a conflict by mutual consent. We will facilitate you in that matter.

Our role as lawyer is also one of attending to your personal interests, but we should point out that all circumstances can play a role in the case. We provide you with the right information so that you will be able to make a well-founded decision. As a lawyer/mediator we have a different role.
