We have a wide ranging property practice to assist our clients in all aspects of property law. The most important subjects in our field of work are purchase and rental (especially of company and office space), ground lease, easements, statutory rights and duties between neighbours, spatial planning, contracting work, land acquisition and exploitation, expropriation and all contracts related to property. In the property practice, aspects pertaining to public and private law are often intermingled. For this reason, our practice group includes lawyers knowledgeable in both aspects.
We advise and, when necessary, we litigate; the latter not only in court but also in several arbitration institutes. We have extensive experience in the field of arbitration. Several lawyers in the practice group give advice about possibilities for appeal in cassation and handle cassation procedures in the Supreme Court, their special field of expertise being expropriation in cassation.
We have good contacts with civil law notaries, expropriation experts, brokers and tax consultants, whom we work with as necessary.

Also, with regard to corporate law, our practice is broad: we act in all legal matters that entrepreneurs might be confronted with. We advise about contracts, general terms and conditions, collection, insolvency and liability matters, among other things. We are your walking encyclopaedia and are happy to brainstorm with you.
